Cancellation policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 7 days of the appointment.

At our hair salon, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide 48 hours or more notice, you may choose to receive a full refund of your deposit or reschedule for a future appointment free of charge.

However, in the case of a "no show" on the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full due amount for the service that was booked. The deposit is therefore non-refundable.
